Len McLachlan

Len McLachlan is an accomplished energy professional with extensive experience in managing power generation facilities. Currently serving as General Manager of Bayswater-Liddell Stations at AGL Energy since July 2015, Len oversees two major electricity generators in Australia. Prior roles include Head of Generation at AGL Loy Yang, General Manager at Kogan Creek Power Station for CS Energy, and various leadership positions at TransAlta, where responsibilities encompassed safety, operations, and maintenance of large generating units. Len's academic background includes a Diploma of Management and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Business, as well as completion of an Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey.
