Damon Buchanan

Damon Buchanan is a seasoned professional in the mining and metallurgy industry, currently serving as Processing Manager at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited since November 2019, following roles as Technical Process Superintendent and Senior Projects Engineer. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mandalay Resources Costerfield Operations as Processing Plant Manager and Senior Metallurgist from May 2010 to November 2019, and earlier positions at Ballarat Goldfields NL and Gekko Systems, where Damon held various roles including Metallurgist and Laboratory Manager. Damon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Metallurgy from Federation University Australia, completed between 1998 and 2001, and a High School Certificate from Mount Clear College, obtained from 1992 to 1997.
