Jeff Parr

Jeff Parr currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Agnico Eagle Mines Limited and has been a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Discovery Silver Corp. since August 2017. Previously, Jeff held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kirkland Lake Gold from October 2014 to February 2022 and served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Centerra Gold Inc. from September 2006 to March 2016. In addition, Jeff was Chief Financial Officer and Director of Shared Services at Hatch Energy Inc. from September 1997 to September 2006 and Executive Vice President of the Americas at Western Mining Corporation Limited from September 1987 to September 1997. Jeff Parr earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from McMaster University and a BA in Economics from Western University.
