Lucy Taylor

Lucy Taylor currently serves as the Associate Director of Global Mobility at Agoda since May 2023. Previously, Lucy held positions including Senior Manager of Global Mobility at Grab and Global Mobility Program Manager APAC at Amazon. Lucy's career began at AbbVie, where responsibilities included leading Global Mobility in JAPAC and implementing international mobility policies in a newly created role for the EMEA region. Prior to AbbVie, Lucy was a Team Leader at BGRS, guiding a team of relocation consultants, and a Global Relocation Consultant involved in managing employee relocations for Rio Tinto. Lucy's early experience includes working as a Customer Returns Account Manager at Intel Corporation. Lucy earned a degree in French and Spanish from the University of the West of England, specializing in translation and cultural studies.
