Nikki Shanks

Nikki Shanks, MBA, CAE, currently serves as Sr. Manager Component Relations at AHIMA, following a role as Survey Strategist at Optum. Prior experience includes strategic and research-focused positions at Association Laboratory Inc., where client engagement and data analysis were pivotal, and a managerial role at the American Academy of Periodontology, where membership engagement strategies were developed and implemented. Additional experience encompasses project management at the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management and member services coordination at the American Academy of Dermatology. Nikki Shanks holds a BA in International Studies from Loyola University Chicago and two MBAs from Benedictine University and CIMBA.
