Frederique Lips

Frederique Lips is an experienced professional currently serving as the L&D Lead for GSO Tech at Ahold Delhaize since January 2022. As the founder and owner of College-Club, Frederique has created a platform that fosters the development of young professionals through lectures and networking opportunities, attracting over 3,500 attendees annually. Previously, Frederique held the position of Program Manager a.i. at Ebbinge, where program development for supervisory board members took place, and worked as a lawyer at Bergh Stoop & Sanders and Loyens & Loeff, specializing in corporate law and private equity. Early career experience includes a trainee position at EY in New York, focusing on corporate law. Frederique holds a Master's degree in Civil law and Corporate law from Leiden University and has studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
