Tanya Kopps

Tanya Kopps serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Europe & Indonesia at Ahold Delhaize since December 2022. Prior to this role, Tanya Kopps held various leadership positions at Metro Group from 2000 to 2022, including CEO for Metro Cash & Carry in Italy and Makro Cash & Carry in Portugal, where notable achievements included spearheading the turnaround of the Portugal business unit and advising on diversity initiatives within the Diversity Council. Tanya Kopps also served as Director of Finance for the Iberia Unit, leading integration efforts and improving financial controls, and previously managed controlling functions in the UK. Tanya Kopps holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from the University of Iowa.
