Daniel Sehy

Daniel Sehy is a seasoned construction professional, currently serving as the Director of Construction at AHV Communities since January 2024. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Daniel has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Construction and Director of Construction at Taylor Morrison, as well as Area Construction Manager. Prior to that, Daniel was a Superintendent at KB Home and Richmond American Homes, and the Owner and Superintendent at Sehy Construction Group. Additionally, experience includes a role as the Director of Sales at Open Air Communications, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing sales activities and analyzing growth potential.
