Alfreda Yu

Alfreda Yu is an accomplished professional in the fields of user experience and interaction design, currently serving as the Head of UX Research at AIA since April 2020. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Isobar, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing customer experience projects and managing a team of Experience Designers for the Hong Kong office. Alfreda has also worked as an independent consultant in interaction design and usability, and held positions at various companies including Earth.org, Philips Design, Hong Kong CSL Limited, Yahoo! Corp, ZEFER Corp, and Vivid. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Stanford University and a Double Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
