Bell Au

Bell Au is an experienced Test Lead and Technical Lead with a strong background in quality assurance, automation testing, and project management across multiple organizations, including AIA, AXA, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club. Currently leading a QA team at AIA, Bell Au specializes in managing the Customer Buy Journey project and overseeing external vendors in system integration and user acceptance testing. Previous roles include the successful implementation of continuous testing processes, leading feature testing teams, and developing automation frameworks, with a focus on enhancing application quality and reducing time-to-market. Bell Au holds a Master of Science in Electronic Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communication Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, complemented by a High Diploma in Intelligent Buildings & Automation Engineering.
