Li Vincy

Li Vincy is a highly experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Director and Head of Recognition & Rewards at AIA since June 2022. Previously, Vincy held the position of Deputy Head of HR at Chubb from July 2017 to June 2022 and served as Sr. Manager for Performance and Rewards at AIA between December 2012 and July 2017. Early career roles included SSC Leader at Faurecia and HR Sr. Supervisor for Asia Pacific at Carlisle Companies Inc, as well as C&B Specialist at Aegon. Vincy obtained an MBA in Talent Management & Finance from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in English and Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
