Taufik S. holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Padjadjaran and has extensive experience in program management and operations within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Lead Program Manager - AVP at AIA since November 2023, Taufik previously held the position of Senior GM Operations at Sinarmas MSIG Life from April 2022 to November 2023. Significant roles in Taufik's career include Head of Operations and Sales Support for Partnership Distributions at Prudential Indonesia from September 2016 to May 2022, and Agency Operations and Sales Support Sr. AVP at Manulife Indonesia from December 2011 to May 2022. Earlier experience encompasses Project Management Manager roles at AIA from November 2007 to December 2011, and a position as Process Improvement Section Head at LG Electronics from September 2003 to November 2007, where Taufik specialized in driving Six Sigma methodologies and managing projects to meet budget and quality standards.
