Joel Fernandez

Joel Fernandez is an experienced Piping and Layout Design Engineer currently working at Aibel since October 2018, focusing on the Johan Sverdrup P2 Topside EPC Project. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Piping Supervisor at Fluor Corporation for the Penguins Redevelopment Project and as Lead Designer Piping at Aibel, where significant contributions were made to multiple projects, including the Catcher Development Project and Hammerfest LNG. Joel has also held positions at KBR, Inc., Fluor Corporation, and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, showcasing a strong background in various piping design and supervisory roles across international projects. Education was obtained from Pablo Borbon Memorial Institute of Technology, now known as Batangas State University.
