Kristine Eriksen

Kristine Eriksen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer support within the tech industry. Currently serving as Løsningsarkitekt at AIDER since January 2025, Kristine previously held multiple positions at Tripletex AS from March 2020 to January 2025, including Team Lead for Delivery Managers and Delivery Manager for Backoffice Sales, where responsibilities included onboarding major accounting firms and ensuring system integration. Additionally, Kristine has experience in customer handling across various roles, addressing technical inquiries and enhancing support documentation. Prior to this, Kristine worked as a Miljøarbeider at Lørenskog kommune, focusing on environmental work related to mental health and substance abuse. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School and is currently pursuing a degree in Intercultural Competence at NLA University College.
