Kamilla Fredriksen Fon is an accomplished engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Aidn, Kamilla has previously held engineering management roles at Vipps MobilePay and Vipps, along with positions as User Insight Manager and Software Engineer at Cisco. Additionally, Kamilla contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives while serving as Business Area Owner at Cisco and has experience as an employee board member and software developer at Komplett Group. Kamilla holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has also studied Business Administration and Management at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University.
