Cristina Vigilante

Cristina Vigilante serves as the North America Head of Retail Distribution at AIG since September 2024. Previously, Cristina held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Sales at Guy Carpenter, where responsibilities included leading business development strategy and sales efforts. Prior roles at Marsh included Managing Director, Deputy Global Head of Sales, and Sales and Industry Practices Leader in Asia, where Cristina managed teams across multiple territories and developed innovative risk management solutions. Earlier experience includes roles focused on sales operations and strategy, sales analysis, and client service in the property and casualty sector. Cristina's career began at Mercer as a Health and Benefits Consultant and at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Client Services Associate. Cristina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Risk, Insurance, and Healthcare Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
