Lauren Frishman

Lauren Frishman serves as Senior Director and Chief of Staff at AIG, where responsibilities include advising the Global Chief Actuary and CFO, driving strategic initiatives, and modernizing company policies to enhance employee engagement and transformation. Previously, Lauren held the position of Chief of Staff to the Chief Actuary at Equitable, managing operations, increasing employee retention through engagement programs, and achieving a 100% intern conversion rate. With earlier experience as a Senior IT Business Management Analyst at TIAA, Lauren developed comprehensive communication strategies and managed significant budgets to improve company culture. Additionally, as Program Manager for The Jewish Federations of North America, Lauren led lobbying efforts and increased community advocacy. Early career roles included Event Manager at Washington Speakers Bureau, responsible for coordinating high-profile speaking events.
