Lee Herrington possesses extensive experience in voice services and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Global Head of Voice Services at AIG, Lee has held various leadership roles including Manager of Global Voice DevOps and Manager of Voice Engineering. Prior to joining AIG, Lee worked at Exel Inc. as a Telecommunications Analyst and PC Support Technician, showcasing a solid foundation in technical support and telecom analysis.
