Michael Festo

Michael Festo is a seasoned executive in human resources with extensive experience in both domestic and international operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AIG since January 2001, Michael oversees HR activities for the international property and casualty business across eighty countries, managing a workforce of over 20,000 employees and a team of 350 HR professionals. Prior to AIG, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President at ContiFinancial Corporation, leading HR for a diversified holding company with over 7,500 employees. Michael's career also includes significant experience as Vice President of Human Resources at Continental Grain Company, a major agribusiness, where responsibilities encompassed worldwide compensation and senior HR roles. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from LIU Brooklyn.
