Nicholas Hios, MBA, is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in global human resources leadership across multiple industries. Currently, Nicholas serves as Senior Vice President and Head of HR for Global Functions at AIG, where the role involves direct collaboration with the executive team. Nicholas also contributes to the non-profit sector as a Board Member for Care Plus New Jersey, advocating for mental healthcare and substance abuse services. Prior experience includes significant roles at Allergan, where Nicholas advanced to Vice President of Global HR Operations, overseeing various HR functions and strategic initiatives.
