Lanre Taiwo Acipm

Lanre Taiwo ACIPM, HRPL is an experienced professional in human resources and administrative services, currently serving as Head of Administrative Services at AIICO Insurance PLC since February 2017. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives and coordinating fleet and logistics management. Previously, Lanre held the position of Manager-Human Resources, where training and development programs were designed to meet both organizational and individual needs. Prior experience at AIICO Insurance from January 2005 to December 2014 as an HR Advisor involved various functions, including talent management, learning and development, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Lanre holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lagos State University.
