David Sparks

David Sparks is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Talent at AILY LABS since October 2024. Prior to this, David held the position of Global Head of Talent at Causaly, where an AI platform enhances biomedical literature research. David also contributed significantly to talent acquisition at GLG, leading efforts across the EMEA region, and at Gartner, overseeing recruitment for the EMEA and APAC regions. Earlier roles include Director at Taylor Brown Recruitment and Staffing Specialist at BearingPoint, complemented by consultancy positions in various firms. David’s extensive background in talent acquisition is supported by a degree from the University of Central Lancashire.
