Ken Mendoza

Ken Mendoza serves as the Director of Franchise Operations for the Americas at Radisson Hotel Group since August 2018. Previously, Ken held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Dimension Development Company from July 2012 to May 2015, overseeing hotel operations in the Eastern Region for a portfolio that includes brands such as Hilton, IHG, and Marriott. Ken's experience also includes a role as Director of Brand Performance Support at Hilton Worldwide from November 2004 to June 2012, managing a portfolio of 31 to 50 hotels and providing consulting services in various operational areas. Prior to that, Ken worked at Dimension Development from 1999 to 2004 as an Area Director, supervising hotels in key locations and leading the recruitment and training of General Managers.
