Kristin Sunday currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at Aimbridge Hospitality since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kristin held several significant positions in the hospitality industry, including Director of Rooms and Director of Guest Services at L'Auberge de Sedona, where responsibilities involved overseeing the Rooms Division and Front Office operations, respectively. Kristin also worked as the Director of Front Office at St. Regis San Francisco, managing a comprehensive team and focusing on recruitment, coaching, and financial analysis. Additional experience includes roles at Westin Hotels & Resorts and St. Regis Aspen Resort, where Kristin honed guest service and operational management skills. Educated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Spanish language and literature from Saint Louis University and a postgraduate degree in Hospitality Administration from Les Roches Marbella, Kristin combines linguistic expertise with a strong background in hospitality management.
