Joe Hoover

Joe Hoover is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in network analysis and engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Network Analyst at AIPSO since July 2015, Joe has previously held positions as a Sr. Network Analyst at the same company, Network Engineer at Atrion Networking Corporation, and Systems Administrator at Engineered Materials Solutions, LLC Wickeder Group. Additional experience includes roles as Network Administrator at Clayton and IT Analyst at Health Net, along with earlier work as a Stone Mason/Carpenter at McCullough Masonry. Joe Hoover holds a degree in Forensic Science and Forensic Science and Technology from the University of New Haven and graduated from Shelton High School.
