Mark Goetzmann

Mark Goetzmann is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience across various prominent firms. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at AIR Communities since September 2022, Mark previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank from August 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, Mark worked as an Underwriting Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield between September 2018 and August 2019, and gained entrepreneurial experience by founding Laker Sealing LLC in March 2013, focusing on asphalt sealcoating. Additionally, Mark completed a Capital Markets internship at Pyramid Management Group in the summer of 2018. Mark holds a degree from Elon University, having graduated in 2018.
