Pengfei Zhao

Pengfei (Harry) Zhao, PhD, currently serves as an Engineering Analyst at Air Filters, Inc. since November 2017. Prior to this role, Pengfei was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Auburn University, focusing on advanced filtration materials for naval applications, and supervising graduate students. Pengfei's academic journey at Auburn University includes work as a Graduate Research Assistant, where significant contributions were made in the development and optimization of air particulate filter systems and performance evaluation setups. Additionally, Pengfei gained experience as a Senior Project member at the University of Houston, designing a chemical plant for producing vinyl chloride monomer and as a Process Assistant at China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, involved in ethylene production operations. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from University of Houston and East China University of Science and Technology.
