Romain Chapel

Romain Chapel is currently serving as a Category Manager at Air Liquide, overseeing the Package Gas category for Europe since July 2023. Prior to this role, Romain held multiple positions at Safran, including Raw Material Recycling Lead Buyer and Forged Part Buyer, managing raw materials recycling across USA, Europe, and Asia, and developing purchasing policies. Romain's career also includes experience as a Purchasing Project Coordinator at Carestream Dental, where responsibilities encompassed managing procurement stages from prototyping to mass production. Additional internships with Suez and Hutchinson provided valuable insights into purchasing strategies and engineering processes. Romain holds a Master's degree in Strategic Procurement Management from Grenoble IAE and an engineering degree from Grenoble INP.
