Shan Periasamy

Shan Periasamy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, program management, and engineering, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Account Director at Air Liquide since August 2019, Shan focuses on account growth strategies and operational performance improvements while leading new product launches. Previously, as a Market Leader for the Americas, Shan delivered projects that optimize industrial equipment performance through innovative technologies. Prior roles at Tata Consultancy Services included Client Partner and Program Manager, managing global client accounts and overseeing complex engineering projects. Shan began the career as a Project Engineer at M. N. Dastur & Co., contributing to the development of power plants. Educational achievements include an MBA in General Management from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University.
