Alison Gerry

Alison Gerry is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Air New Zealand. Alison has an extensive background in corporate governance and leadership. Alison was a Non Executive Director at Wellington Airport from February 2017 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Non Executive Director at Spark New Zealand from July 2016 to May 2019, and also held the same position at Vero from July 2015 to May 2022. Alison was also the Chair of New Zealand Clearing and Depository Limited from August 2014 to April 2017. Alison has also held previous positions at Infratil and NZX Limited.

Alison Gerry completed a Masters of Applied Finance at Macquarie University and a BMS(1st class hons) in Marketing, Finance at The University of Waikato.
