Allison Sadler

Allison Sadler, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Global Learning for Airbnb Service, leading the design and delivery of learning for the global Service Organization. Prior to this role, Allison was the Chief Learning Officer for Insurance Sales and Service at USAA, overseeing training for all insurance professionals. Allison's extensive experience at Bank of America includes roles as SVP, Business Support Executive for Business Banking, where oversight of talent analytics and learning strategies was key, and several other positions focused on sales readiness and leadership development. Allison holds a PhD in Human Capital from Bellevue University and an MBA in Organizational Design and Development from St. Mary's University.
