Gary Chang

Gary Chang currently serves as the Global Head of Engagement Marketing at Airbnb since August 2024. Prior to this role, Gary held multiple senior positions at Peloton Interactive, including Global Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing & CRM, where responsibilities spanned from June 2020 to August 2024. Gary's earlier career includes leadership roles at Calvin Klein as Sr. Director of Global CRM & Loyalty and at Tory Burch, where Gary progressed through various positions related to CRM. Additional experiences include roles at David Yurman, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Links of London. Gary Chang holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Pre-Business Studies from New York University and has also studied at American University in Paris.
