Qian Lu

Qian Lu possesses extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving at Airbnb since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing communication products, platforms, and infrastructures. Prior to Airbnb, Qian held the position of Engineering Manager II at Uber from 2015 to 2018, leading the Driver Earnings team in rearchitecting backend infrastructure to enhance drivers' earnings experience. Qian's earlier roles included Senior Software Engineer positions at LinkedIn, focusing on the Sponsored Update Ads product, and Salesforce.com, where contributions were made to the leading CRM products.
