Quyen Chang

Quyen Chang serves as the Global Head of Revenue Enablement at Airbnb, overseeing a 14-member team focused on supporting ProHost, Experiences, and Airbnb for Work sales and account management. With extensive experience in enablement roles, Quyen previously held positions including Senior Director at FinancialForce, Director of Sales Enablement at Zenefits, and various leadership roles at Salesforce, where significant contributions included developing training programs and enhancing sales productivity. In addition to professional responsibilities, Quyen is actively involved in advisory capacities, including serving as Chair of the MBA Alumni Advisory Board at Santa Clara University and as a member of the WNORTH Advisory Board. Quyen holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
