Yousuf Paracha

Yousuf Paracha is a Senior Telecommunications Specialist at HOI MEA since July 2023, working on the ADNOC Onshore & Offshore Project under the Critical Infrastructure & Coastal Protection Authority. Previously, Yousuf served as Project Team Lead at Huawei from June 2020 to April 2023, and as Project Management Team Lead at Massilatech L.L.C from May 2017 to June 2020. Prior roles include Project Team Lead at Hayat Communication, and Technical Support Engineer positions at FARIYA Networks (Pvt.) Ltd. and PTCL. Yousuf began the professional journey with internships at Pakistan International Airlines and PTCL. Yousuf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Sir Syed University, complemented by a high school education in Pre-Engineering and Computer Science.
