Suvendu Pradhan is a seasoned professional in the insurance and travel solutions industry, currently serving as Senior Product Manager - Insurance at AirHelp since March 2022, a leading advocate for air passenger rights. Prior experience includes heading the insurance division at Koala Insurance, focusing on innovative compensation solutions from January 2021 to January 2022. Earlier roles at Swiss Re included managing Parametric Travel Solutions and leading operations for clients in the Middle East and Mediterranean regions as Assistant Vice President. Suvendu holds an MBA in Insurance & Risk Management from the National Insurance Academy and a Bachelor of Commerce - Honours from Utkal University.
