Kera Hicks, MBA, currently serves as a Training and Retention Specialist at Airlite Plastics Co. since August 2023, following a series of roles including Injection Molding Lead Supervisor and Injection Molding Supervisor. Prior experience includes a position as SCL at PepsiCo from September 2021 to June 2023 and as a Production Operator at Mars from December 2017 to September 2021, where Kera was recognized as the only Certified Bagger Trainer in the department. Earlier in Kera's career, a role as a paraeducator at Auburn-Washburn USD 437 from August 2014 to July 2017 focused on supporting special needs students, primarily in the sixth grade, while an earlier position as Customer Service Manager at Walmart involved managing store operations and customer relations.
