Deb Bowen Rees

Deb Bowen Rees is an accomplished executive and non-executive director with extensive experience in operations management and strategic leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and Port of Milford Haven, as well as an Independent Non Executive Director at Airport Coordination Limited, Deb has held significant roles at Cardiff Airport, including Executive Director and CEO, where responsibilities included ensuring safety compliance and strategic development. With a background in military operations as the Air Traffic Management Force Commander for the Royal Air Force, Deb also contributed to the development of UK Arms Control policy. Deb holds multiple degrees, including a BA in Geography from UCL and a CMI Level 8 Certificate in Strategic Direction & Leadership from Manchester Business School.
