Ngoc Nguyen (Carmen) has extensive experience in commercial leadership and project development within the technology and food delivery sectors. As the Head of Commercial at AIRR Labs, Ngoc has driven key initiatives while previously serving as Country General Manager at Scalable. In a significant role as Expansion Manager for GrabFood VN at Grab, Ngoc facilitated growth and market penetration. Ngoc also held the position of Director of Project Development at Topica Edtech Group and was the Head of Business Unit - Lifestyle at ADA, showcasing a diverse skill set in business strategy and unit management.
