Arpita R Himatsingka

Arpita R Himatsingka currently serves as the General Manager of Total Rewards for the Middle East & Africa at Airtel Africa, starting in March 2024. Previously held the position of Manager for Global Compensation Programs at Expedia Group, where responsibilities included leading compensation initiatives across 55 countries and managing annual review budgets. Arpita has experience as an Angel Investor and co-founded Sinew Careers, a recruitment company. At Airtel Digital, served as Senior Manager for Human Resources, and before that, held various roles at Moody's Analytics, contributing to performance and rewards management during significant organizational changes. Early career stages included positions at Jio as Deputy Manager HRBP and Times Internet as an HR Intern. Arpita holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute For Technology and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade and Economics from Shivaji College, University of Delhi.
