Tom Clark

Tom Clark currently serves as President and Managing Director at AIS InfoSource, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Tom held the role of Chief Information Officer and EVP of Technology and Operations at Cadence Bank from April 2015 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leading enterprise IT services, information security, and digital banking collaboration with senior business leaders. Tom's prior experience includes significant leadership roles at USAA from 2005 to April 2015, overseeing information security, privacy, bank transformation, and operations for extensive teams. Additional roles include SVP of Consumer Bank Technology at Bank of America and Chief Information Officer at BankUnited. Tom holds a BBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business, an MBA from the University of Florida, an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT, and has completed Executive Education at Stanford University's d.school Bootcamp.
