Neha Shah is an accomplished IT recruiter currently employed at Aitek Group since March 2024. Previously, Neha served as a Senior Recruiter at IMS People Possible from July 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates, submitting qualified individuals for job openings, fostering candidate relationships, and conducting pre-screening calls.
