Yuko Wakasugi

Yuko Wakasugi is a highly experienced professional with over two decades in audit, advisory, and company management, currently serving as a Board Member at Aiver Inc. since May 2018 and as Senior Partner and Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Practice Leader at SOAProjects, Inc. since July 2010. Yuko has demonstrated exceptional leadership by growing a team to over 100 members during an 8-year tenure at SOAProjects. Previous roles include Partner at BDO Seidman, LLP, where specialization focused on high-technology clients, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, known for audits of international entities. Yuko began a career in finance with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, with emphases in accounting and finance.
