Kareem Darwish

Kareem Darwish is an applied scientist at aiXplain. Kareem was previously a principal scientist and acting research director at the Qatar Computing Research Institute from February 2011 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were a researcher at Microsoft from March 2007 to February 2011, and at CMIC from January 2007 to February 2011. Kareem was also a researcher at IBM from January 2005 to December 2007. Darwish began their career as a research assistant at the University of Maryland from January 1998 to December 2003.

Kareem Darwish's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland. Kareem then went on to complete a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Engineering from the same school.
