Trey Pugh

Trey Pugh currently serves as an Investments Associate at AJ Capital Partners since November 2024, having previously held the same position at Habitat from August 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading multifamily deal underwriting and developing capital plans for significant assets. Trey’s earlier experience includes an Investment Acquisitions Internship at Core Spaces, where contributions were made to a substantial build-to-rent pipeline, as well as internships at Hoopis Group and Azimuth, LLC, focusing on client portfolio management and startup development, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Science and a Master of Science in Project Management from Northwestern University, following a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change from the same institution.
