Cynthia Dewi

Cynthia Dewi serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Ajaib, an online brokerage platform in Indonesia, where expertise is applied in recruitment and employer branding since November 2021. Prior to this role, Cynthia held positions at DANA Indonesia, including Senior Associate and Associate in People Acquisition, focusing on technology and product hiring, along with managing the onboarding process. Cynthia's earlier experience includes a talent acquisition project with Sahabat Utama Group, responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, and roles at Universitas Katolik Atmajaya as a Student Staff and Assistant Lecturer. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
