Lorrie Smith

Lorrie Smith is a seasoned editor and creative professional with extensive experience in computational sciences, data mining, machine learning, bioinformatics, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as an editor at Wordvice Editing Service since February 2020 and as a senior editor at AJE - American Journal Experts since 2012, Lorrie is recognized for expertise in these technical fields. In addition to editorial roles, Lorrie co-owns Megalith Pictures and has a background as an actor, screenwriter, and director. Previous positions include systems analyst and staff scientist at NIH, as well as a CRTA fellow at the National Cancer Institute. Lorrie holds a PhD in Computational Sciences and Informatics from George Mason University and completed an honors conservatory in acting at The Theatre Lab School of the Dramatic Arts.
