Suzan Maki

Suzan Maki is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Ajman Academy since September 2017, Suzan has successfully restructured the HR department and spearheaded the development of comprehensive HR policies. Prior roles include HR & Admin Manager at Union Properties PJSC, where Suzan managed HR operations and policy implementation, and HR & PR Manager at Albaddad Capital Group, where responsibilities included leading the HR team and ensuring compliance with HR policies. With earlier experience as HR & Administration Manager in the oil and gas sector and various roles supporting recruitment and communications, Suzan brings over 20 years of experience to the field of human resources. Suzan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting from the University of Science & Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from Damascus University.
