Shrinivas Nathar holds multiple project management certifications, including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CSM®, CSPO®, and SAFe Agilist®. Currently, Shrinivas serves as an IT Project Manager at Ajman Bank since October 2024. Previously, Shrinivas worked at Verinite from November 2022 to August 2023, managing projects with a total cost of 1.5 million USD, where responsibilities included hosting daily scrum calls, defining project strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of features. Shrinivas also served as an IT Project Manager-Scrum Master at First Abu Dhabi Bank and an Agile IT Project Manager at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, focusing on compliance and sanction screening projects. Prior experience includes roles as IT Delivery Manager at Raw Engineering, Project Manager at QualityKiosk Technologies, and Project Team Lead at Tieto Software Technologies. Shrinivas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from Chandrapur Polytechnic.
