Connor McGrath

Connor McGrath is an experienced Property Manager currently working at AKAM since August 2021, and previously at Pride Property Management Corp. where responsibilities included managing luxury cooperatives and assisting with a portfolio of 43 buildings. Prior to property management, Connor served as a Substitute Teacher for The TemPositions Group across various private schools in New York City, teaching K-12 in multiple subjects. Additional experience includes a role as a Leasing Agent at LeFrak, performing administrative duties in a lease-up setting, and as a Long Term Substitute Teacher and Paraprofessional for the Dover School District, focusing on K-12 education and Special Education. Early career experience includes a position as a Guest Service Representative for Walt Disney World. Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of New Hampshire.
